Nuova Cappelletta - an organic estate
The scent and flavor of our wines engage smell and taste revealing their origins, their harmony and the full character of their land: the name “Vignale Monferrato” derive from “vigna”, the italian word for vine, as an evidence of the many centuries of local tradition in growing this crop.
Organic and biodynamic farming since 1984
All the products of Nuova Cappelletta carry the trade mark Demeter to certify the biodynamic method and are also certified for organic agriculture by the CCPB, according to European, American (USDA/NOP) and the Japanese (JAS) standards.
