This Barbera is obtained exclusively from the grapes of the Minola vineyards located in the area of Vignale Monferrato called “barbera” because in this place, over the centuries, the babera cultivar brings to very interesting  wines.

The terroir of the vineyards allow to obtain a full bodied highly concentrated wine, the late harvest maintaining sound grapes enable to increase those lovely peculiarities.

After a long fermentation with the skin the wine is refined in French oak cask for two years and then another year in bottle. A further refining of some years in bottle is suggested for all the passionate that like to do a nice pairing with a classic Piemontese dish.
